Ever been in a spot where you are so occupied with work and things going on in personal space that you miss out the essentials? Ever been in a place where you forget important things to be taken care of because of the other commitments that you had? A break from fulfilling commitments, a break from running in the same schedule, a break from thinking about the next task to do, a break from feeling mentally tired!
